Chart FX OLAP is an Extension to Chart FX for .NET or Chart FX for .NET Windows Forms (the Core Products). For development, all developers in the same physical location are covered with the extension license. This condition only applies to the extension, not to the core product. For deployment for Windows Forms, the extensions is royalty free for redistribution; however, if you are integrating the extension in a commercial grade application that you will sell or redistribute to third parties, you may be subject to OEM fees. For deployment in Web Forms/ASP.NET, the product is licensed on a per server basis.

The following are a few sample scenarios of how to properly license your Chart FX software. You may view scenarios for either Web Forms or Windows Forms.

You must make sure you comply with the Chart FX OLAP License Agreement before you release your application. You should also view the License Agreements for Chart FX for .NET to make sure you're in full compliance with the Chart FX licensing standards.
